Transferred from BT to PN - Intervention needed

Hi,
Just completed the request to transfer line rental from BT to PN but I need some assistance. My BT contract is due to end on 18th Feb and I have to give a months notice. BT advised that I can give notice anytime after 18th Jan. can you please amend my request to ensure transfer takes place after the 18th Feb (and not before).

One of our prov agents have cancelled the current order and will place a manual one to complete on the 18th Feb for you.
