Transfer Phone from BT to Plusnet

I'm a Plusnet customer for broadband but take my phone from BT.  I'm considering moving the phone over to Plusnet as well... do I need to contact BT for any cancellation type stuff or is everything handled simply by requesting Plusnet phone from the "Product Change" page?

You've answered your own question - just use Product Change and PN will sort it. Just make sure your not part way through a BT contract or you'll get stung with cancellation charges.

Sure thing, that's what I expected would be the case, thanks.  I've not got a contract with BT so I should be good to go.
