Dear Plusnet,
Had this issue previously (a couple of years ago), but I seem to have lost the dial tone entirely on my home phone. I've tried 2 different phones directly connected and to the master socket. Sadly no go.
Internet still works.
Could this be looked into please.

Edit: I've used Plusnet's phone line checker and it just says 'something went wrong' contact you.

Hi @Isitari, I'm sorry for the issues with your phone service.
It looks like a fault has already been raised to our suppliers for further investigation as a fault was being detected on the line test, we'll usually have an update within 48-72 working hours.
