Top 20 international - Poland

Why are the calls charges in the top 20 International countries - to Poland so expensive ?.
Is it a UK thing - or is it the Polish telco's ?

The Post Office's Home Phone service charges much cheaper rates so I doubt that it is the Polish Telcos.

You could ask the same about Three Mobile
Looking at BTs pricing, they charge 10p more per minute. They're 31p versus our 26p.

I have a few Polish friends - hence the question.
I thought PN was Polish friendly - you have some parts of the Polish here for the Polish community and some Polish staff
