Time to transfer

Hi - how long does it usually take to transfer home phone to Plusnet? Broadband has been live since 19th May. I'm still paying BT's higher rate at the moment....

a couple of weeks is about it due to the 10 day anti slamming rule

We have to provide 10 working days to take over a phone line, this is to ensure that the losing provider receives notification and can check with their customer that the transfer out is valid.
