Time remaining on Top Twenty Destinations of International Calls

Am I missing something?         I have just been to check my Recent Calls and I notice that on the page where it lists your Credit Limit and Credit Available, it no longer displays the amount of minutes you have left on your Top Twenty Destinations of International Calls.
Anyone else noticed this?

Just checked and mine is showing 300mins.

Still nothing showing on mine.  I wonder if it's because I'm switching to Talk Anytime on my next billing date which is December 21st.  I know that shouldn't have anything to do with it, but it's all I can think of.

Your right - mine has disappeared too and I just took advantage of the Anytime offer !.
Can we have it back please

Quite possibly the reason as I wasn't interested in the offer and stayed with E&W.

Indeed - but I couldn't see any downside to accepting the offer - apart from perhaps a slight possibility of another billing problem 
But I thought Christmas / new year is the time many use the phone more - so went for it. But a couple of places will be overseas so I would like the time remaining back please, as long as it's up to date !!!

At least I'm not 'Home Alone'.   I've just checked my son's Plusnet account and his shows 'Remaining minutes' so it has to be because I took advantage of the offer to sign up to Anytime as did mal0z.
Could someone from Plusnet please look into this?  It's hardly worth raising a ticket, but there has to be a fault somewhere along the line.

The switchover to Talk Anytime came into effect this morning but still no 'Remaining minutes' shown for International calls.  Could someone please look into this as with the festive season fast approaching many people will be phoning abroad and need to be aware of their minutes remaining.
I'm assuming this problem affects all those that took advantage of the recent Anytime offer.

Any progress on this issue as time remaining on international calls is still not showing?  I assume this would still be the case for everyone that took advantage of the Anytime offer.

My call to New Zealand still isn't showing so I wasn't able to calculate how many minutes I has left anyway
