Time of last call problem

Am getting the time of my calls as 00:00:00 in Call Summary under View Details. Applies to both landline and international calls.
Last good time was 22/1/10
First bad time was 24/1/10
Subsequent calls show 00:00:00
Is this anything to do with 'our suppliers update' ?
Anyone else seeing this ?
Should I raise a ticket ?
