Ticket #36223262

Hi,
I have had my phone line on restricted service.
I paid my bill a couple of days ago but I still cannot make outgoing calls.
My details are all in the above ticket number.
Please can someone let me know what is going on.

Depends how you paid the bill  PN like to see it in their gruby fingers before they take action  A  DD takes 5 working days

I paid using my debit card and it has come out of my account. It is also showing as fully paid when I checked my online bill.

restrictions like this can take up to 24 hours to remove. I'm going to look at your ticket now and deal with this ASAP.
