Hi,
I have had my phone line on restricted service.
I paid my bill a couple of days ago but I still cannot make outgoing calls.
My details are all in the above ticket number.
Please can someone let me know what is going on.

I paid using my debit card and it has come out of my account. It is also showing as fully paid when I checked my online bill.
