Hi G0FHM,
I've just tested the line and it's picked up a fault. I'll raise it for you now, but if you could advise when would be best for an engineer to attend that'd be useful as appointments are often requested very promptly on phone faults.

I'm a little in the dark about Mother's movements, but generally weekdays after 14.30 is best.
The best thing to do would be to give her a call in the supplied alternate contact number on the ticket, after 14.30!
