Open ticket (#108202435) but still no answer as to when BT is coming round for a visit. Can someone @ PN confirm when to expect them.

I suspect you'll have received the text now, but we're booked in for 07/08/15 between 1pm and 6pm.

BT Engineer was a no show  . PN do I get compensation for my wasted afternoon, if it was the other way round BT/PN would expect me to pay for wasting their time.
When will I expect them now ?
