Thumb up

Just a thumbs up for Plusnet and Openreach who dealt with my fault so efficiently.

I rang PN on Thursday and was answered almost immediately by a rep. who was pleasant and efficient. He booked an OR appointment for this morning. OR Engineer arrived on time and was very thorough in checking the line.

Re: Thumb up

Will my speeds get back up to the pre fault values?

Re: Thumb up

From what we can see you should be getting around 19mbps?

Are you connected over a wired or wireless connection?

Re: Thumb up

Hi Matthew,

The upstream has increased at the expense of the downstream:

Wed 19/04/17 16:31     11.24 Mbps      13.18 Mbps     0.75 Mbps 51.6.

Re: Thumb up

Testing your line isn't identifying why that's the case...

Upstream DSL Link Information Downstream DSL Link Information
Loop Loss: 7.1 15.5
SNR Margin: 15.5 6.1
Errored Seconds: 0 0
HEC Errors: 0
Cell Count: 184652 725729
Speed: 888 19554

Please can you try using a wired connection?
