I have been having a problem with my line the last month or so
-Line sounding odd (not clear sounding)
-People cant call in sometimes
-I cant call people sometimes
-When you call in to my line (from other numbers), it rings once and then cuts off
etc.
I really think its the master socket that's gone bust for the phone line. The fibre broadband works amazing though I have had no problems with that.
Can anyone help?

Hi elvenmunky,
We should be able to help with that. If you raise a ticket to us at http://contactus.plus.net (choose 'Report a Telephone Fault' in the Technical Support section on that page) explaining the details and confirming that it still happens with a single corded phone in the master socket we'll get it looked into and raised for you.
