I have a question that has appeared on my account, but I haven't asked it.

I've noticed a few cases of this - it looks like we activate your phone and then try to send another order which rejects because the line is already ours. When enough examples have been found, we'll get a problem raised.
Edit: wrong scenario, Linn beat me to it and got me all confused Smiley
