Thank you Plusnet!

My phone service died on Monday evening. The phone was ringing constantly and there was no dial tone.

Fortunately brodband still worked so I opened an online chat and within a few minutes had a reply from Jason. He took some details, checked the line and sent me an email to say the fault was at the exchange and would be rectified within 48 hours.

Here we are 48 hours later and the phone is working again.

Thank you Jason for great service.
