Terrible Crackling on Phone Line - Now Broadband dropping out

When using the phone there is a terrible crackling in the background that is now nearly drowning out what i can hear when trying to talk to someone, yesterday the broadband cut out for 15 mins so i think it's now affecting the internet.

I can't get into the livechat to report this as the service is down, would someone please be able to look into this and get back to me please as i can't fault plusnet's service, would just like this issue to be sorted.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your phone line.

Our tests aren't finding the cause of that but I've raised this ticket on your account with steps to take to progress this as a fault.
