Telephone Problems

New telephone customer from 17June13' only ever managed to make 17 calls up to the present day due to line problems, never had problems before PN. Most recent reported 31July, engineer visit on 9th August!! It is costing me a fortune using my mobile, could not recommend PN to anyone.

Sorry to hear that, unfortunately the recently declared MBORC does mean engineer availability is not ideal at the moment. Hope things get sorted for you on the 9th.
