My line still shows no signs of being fixed, 3 days after the estimated resolution. This is becoming a major problem! I need confirmation something is definitely being done and it will be fixed imminently! An even bigger problem is having no means of contact with Plusnet (e.g. a telephone number) to sort out problems when the internet service goes down. I can make telephone calls from work but all chat forums and email accounts are blocked. I'm in Cardiff, if that helps.
