Can anyone point me to the the tariffs in force prior to the current one, and when the change took place? My thinking is, that the longer no rise has occurred the more likely a rise is to wipe out any savings from changing provider.

Thanks for that. Given BT's own increases from 2009 I doubt PN will not be raising its own soon, Seems it might be one to cross off my list of non BT options.
