I signed up to plusnet and i recieved a text message telling me i have an active phone line inorder for you to take over it i need to dial 17070 to give you my landline number. The phoneline has a dial tone but it doesnt let me phone off it, it just tells me contact customer services. Are you still able to take over this line?? If not can i change my order and have a new line installed and what would be the cost for that?
