Hi,
I am still within 12 months of my current phone & broadband contract. Is it possible for me to switch my landline to another provider without affecting my broadband service?

Hi Ayamgila,
You'll be able to do that if it's on the BT network otherwise you'll lose your broadband. Some time if the line is stopped then started again rather than migrated it can also lead to you losing your broadband. If that was to happen you would still be liable for any reconnection/cancellation fees. I'd make 100% certain what the process would be before you go ahead and you'll need to give our customer options team a call to discuss cancelling your phone and any outstanding/final fees.
