Switching from BT - can we change the name on the account?

Hi,
We're planning on coming back to Plusnet from BT Infinity, bringing the phone line as well.
Can you tell me if we can change the name on the account in the process?  I suspect this wouldn't be an issue for the broadband, but when it comes to transferring the telephone number, will things go through smoothly if the name on the Plusnet account is different to the BT account?  We'd like to set up the Plusnet account in my partners name, ideally.

I don't know the answer but I do know that once the phone is transferred you can change it

Hi there,
It'd transfer into the name of the Plusnet account holder (that goes for both phone and broadband) - hope that's alright?

Yes that's what we want - to set the Plusnet account up in my partner's name and have both broadband and phone in that name.  I was just concerned that having the BT phone line in my name might cause an issue with the transfer, but it seems not.
