Switched Today NOT showing in account

I've switched over to plusnet fibre and phone service from Sky today.
My phone line is active as is my fibre.
However my plusnet account is showing that I have no phone line with you and if I look on my sky account it is showing that my broadband with them has been cancelled but my sky talk is still with them.
When I do the 17070 test it does say that i'm on the BT network so is it just case of sky and you tying up the paper work?Huh

Hi Ryank, welcome to PN, i migrated over from SKY, back in Jan, both phone and fibre, my account page was also like yours, a couple of days later, i received an update from PN, and this showed my PN account up to date, must just take a couple of days to update Wink

I can see there's a ticket open with our provisioning team regarding the phone line, they should update you soon - sorry for the delay.
