Switch back to existing number
Does anyone have experience with how long the process takes to switch a number back?
PlusNet didn't retain the existing telephone number when the broadband was switched and we have had to raise a support case. Just a little worried because the owner is my elderly mother and she lots of people are not able to contact her easily.

I've checked the relevant telephone number with Openreach and I believe the renumber process was completed earlier this month.
Can you advise if there are any issues with her landline? I'd suggest trying an incoming call to see if the call can be connected, and an outgoing call to your mobile to see what number comes up when receiving the call.
