Switch Off Landline Voicemail

Good afternoon.  I switched on landline voicemail last night to see if it's a better option than my old answering machine.  Decided it isn't, but now can't turn it off.  There is no button to remove call features and when I untick its box then click Add, the webpage just stalls on both Android and Windows.  Could someone please tell me how to switch it off or perhaps switch it off for me.  Thanks

Hi @Junkman (Long time no see!)

It looks like the request to add voicemail while completed with suppliers is pending activation in the backend billing system. This should be sorted out by our billing team next week.

In the meantime I've manually submitted an order to Openreach to remove voicemail which should be done within 24 hours.

Let us know if there's anything else you'd need help with.
