I placed an order a week ago to remove voicemail extra and to go back to the free voicemail. The voicemail extra was removed a day later, but normal voicemail hasn't been enabled. Portal states there is an order progressing and support said I would have to wait for that to be processed and it should be active by last Friday. Its still not been processed and have tried calling support but had a very long wait and didnt get to speak to anyone so wondering if a member of staff here could prod things along by having a look please?

Sorry to hear you've been having some problems changing call features.
The account appears to have become stuck in a state of trying to activate voicemail, so I've raised this with a back end team to place the orders manually and update the account accordingly.
These tasks are usually picked up and completed within 24-48 hours.
