Stuck After Updating Call Features

Hi,

 

Last week my folks asked me to update their Call Features as they didn't have some of the free features enabled. I wanted to enable Caller Display, Voicemail and Plusnet Call Protect. They are all listed as Awaiting Activation and the account is listed as "You currently have an order in progress" so I can't make any changes but it has been stuck like that for about a week now.

 

I recently enabled these features on my own account and it only took 15 minutes before they were all active so seems like something has gone wrong - I did notice there are two different versions of the Call Features page - one of which looked a bit broken but unfortunately is the one I used when updating my folks account.

 

Any chance someone from PlusNet could take a look? Cheers!
