Strange charge on bill

Hi,
My recent bill shows a charge of £2.44, I have unlimited calls but the bill shows en extra 3 local calls no charge but a total of £2.44? Can anyone explain.

Hi,
Calls were all short duration local calls, cost is given as zero, total is £2.74, where did the cost come from?

Hi,
There were two pages of telephone calls, I missed the two long calls my wife made in the middle of the first page and there is no sub total at the bottom, the second page only had 3 local free calls on it but showed a charge of £2.40ish in total, my fault for not checking properly,

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
