Stopping My Phone Number Being Displayed

Hi. As the header says, can i stop my number being displayed without dialling 141,

NB: There are two versions of Permanent Withhold - with or without 1470 override.

It can vary with time of day, current workload etc, but normally within 24 hours, not usually more than 48.

Hi there @les80756, I do apologise for the delay in responding.

 

I've placed an order on your line to have your number automatically withheld on outbound calls, this should take effect within the next four hours.

 

Should you wish to override this for any reason on a particular call, you can prefix the telephone number with 141 and this will show the number where previously it was withholding it.

Er, no!

141 hides the number on an individual call from a line without Permanent Withhold.

1470 shows the number on an individual call from a line with Permanent Withhold.
