Fustrated that my mum is still waiting for the works to be done. Can anyone have a look at her ticket?

Hi there.

From what I can see it looks like underground ducting work is needed which is due to complete by the 15th October. 

Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the continued delays and we'll update you when we know more. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
