Still no incoming calls

No incoming calls. No contact from Plusnot. All the" We'll do you proud "
I have been with PN for two weeks, contacted them many times, even had a BT engineer out.
Still no answers. or even a phone call from customer NOT service.
BT seem to think PN haven't transferred the number.If so why not?
Somebody just take a hold of this problem, and stick with it till you resolve it.

Moderators: This user has already been told about the rules regarding cross posting - time him to be warned "desist or you'll be banned" I think!
@dib If the moderators do take action just remember they are NOT Plusnet employees, just fellow Plusnet users who volunteer to keep the forums in order in their own time!

BTW this is not cross posting and is the surest way to get a Plusnet employee to respond.
