Still caller display issues but you have closed the questions

I had caller display before when I was with sky. After changing to you I have had no caller ID. I have called multiple times and given all the info but still not working and the questions I can see have been closed? I do not want to call again.Any chance of having a look.

So just an update.
Our number is now either. BUT
Still no caller id and still no reply from customer services. Our internet speed has also dropped!? What on earth is going on. Where do I stand if I want to change supplier as you are not giving me what I signed up for! Fed up with checking/emailing and given up calling as why should I waste my evenings on hold.
Just want it sorted is this really to much to ask.

Sorry to hear you're still having issues.

I've passed the caller display issue back to our suppliers for further investigation

With regards to the speeds our tests aren't showing any issues and you should be seeing speeds around 18mbps.

Are you testing over a wired or wireless connection?

Run test over wired and has dropped from the 18 I was getting to 11.
Again I have changed nothing

Wired connection with nothing else running

Download Speed: 9.4Mbps
Upload Speed: 0.9Mbps

Wireless test on mobile phone 2.1Mbps.
When first installed got 17Mps(wired).

I've rang our suppliers and asked them to pass the caller display fault to a frames engineer to go to the exchange and check the broadband tie pairs as a faulty tie pair is a common cause of a failing caller display feature.

With regards to your speeds can you check them at www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest instead?
