Spurious changes to Call Features

Hello,

I recently noticed that 1571 voicemail has been turned on whilst Caller Display and Caller Protect have been turned off. I did not request any of these changes.

When I go to my Call Features portal online, it looks like an order has been raised (not by me) to restore the two services that have been turned off (they both say "awaiting activation"). Despite saying that it will be done "next working day", it has been like that for at least 24 hours.

So, please can you, as soon as possible:

1) Activate these two features.

2) Remove 1571 voicemal.
