I see that there's now a special offer on Home Phones
I believe existing customers can take up this offer - do I simply raise a ticket agreeing to the 12 month contract.

Just raise a ticket and someone in the CSC will be able to sort things out for you.

Nope - I think it's existing phone customers as well.
I've raised a ticket requesting it so we'll soon see.

I am currently on the loyalty discount which will be finishing soon, but not before 31st March 2008. If the offer is open to existing customers of Homephone, can it be deferred?
Also, my friend is thinking of changing to Homephone but is currently also on the loyalty discount. The offer might be enough to sway her into changing but is this allowed in view of the status of her present account?

Duly noted except that does this mean new sign ups to broadband? If they are on BB but not Homephone does that count as new sign up?
