So do PlusNet allow permanent witholding of number (141) or not? It's confusing

Phoned support to have 141 applied to all numbers I dial on my home home (I had this with my last supplier), only to be told that this is not a feature which Plus net support (they even sent me a ticket confirmation in this respect). Yet postings in here suggest it is possible.

So 2 questions

1: Can you apply 141 to all calls or not?

2: If the answer to 1 is yes, how you can activate it.

regards

Simon

Welcome to the forum. 🙂

Yes, Permanent Withhold is available, a fact which Plusnet don't publicise and many agents seem unaware of.

One of the Help Team will see your post and get it actioned - it's not something like adding call features yourself.

NB: There are two versions - with, or without, 1470 override for individual calls.
