My phone stopped working on Saturday I still have internet but I badly need my landline. I do not subscribe to a mobile network, until now i have always trusted BT to sort out any breakdowns reasonably quick does this mean the end of my Plusnet loyalty. Can you put any pressure on BT to sort this out

Hi,
Checking the details of the report, this is in hand with BT Openreach after a fault was detected. According to the details, it has an estimate response time of end of day tomorrow.
Looking at the date and time this was raised, this is normal and the same that would occur from BT direct. This is known as the end of the working day plus one rule.
