Scammers - Can I block VOIP calls?

The scammers have got my home phone number and they are calling on VOIP. Can I block them?

There's no blocking system I'm aware of of which 'knows' an icoming call is via VOIP.

Plusnet Call Protect can block all international calls, if your scammers are from abroad. Individual number blocking is avalable too, but usually ineffective against scammers as they usually constantly change the spoofed number.
