Hello Everyone. I have a BT8600 advanced call blocker landline phone. Caller display is turned on on my landline. An SMS sent to my landline from my mobile is not received on my phone display. There is also no voicemail on 0845 602 1111. An SMS sent from my landline to my mobile shows as sending for a while, and then message sent. No SMS is received on my mobile. Selecting option re-register sends an SMS to 00000 in a similar way, but has no effect. There is no acknowledgement message. My send centre is 1470P17094009. My receive centre is 0800587529. I turned off the Plusnet caller display option (which takes a day, via BT wholesale). Messages were received on 0845 602 1111 as voicemail. I sent out a re-register message to 00000. Voicemail said "There is a fault". I turned the caller display back on taking another day. Back to square 1. No message send or receive at all. I've also tried manual messages "Register" and "Reset" sent to 00000. No effect or acknowledgement. I've phoned in to Plusnet, who have really tried to help, but that hasn't helped really, perhaps because this is a service called "BT text" supplied by BT wholesale. Any more ideas?
