Retaining Phone Number

Hi all I'm a recent sign up to Plusnet for phone & fibre broadband.
I'm to change providers on the 28 Jan, I have been told that I will be able to keep my existing number, but in all the communications I've had, it's not mentioned.
How will I know if it will be retained or not?.
Any advise would be great.

You could check with the provisioning team. Probably need to do that during the week.

Hi, welcome to the forums! We will be requesting that we retain your number when we transfer the service from your existing supplier.
