Retaining Current Phone Number

Hi everyone

 

I've had no joy getting through to the Provisioning Team so was hoping someone might be able to help me on here. I signed up for home phone/broadband last weekend and wasn't able to confirm at the time that i wanted to keep my landline number (some technical glitch). I've since received a message however to say I'll be given a new one. I wouldn't envisage a problem keeping my current number as i'm with Post Office Broadband at the moment but any help would be much appreciated.

It looks as though you've since been in touch with our Support Team and the order has been replaced retaining your landline number
