Retain phone number

My plusnet line goes live in two weeks and I've got an email with my new phone number. Will it be possible for me to prevent my number from changing

@fctc Welcome to the forum.

This option should have been taken when you signed up. If a Plusnet staffer doesn’t pick this up fairly quickly you need to ring in.

Chances are that the current order may have to be cancelled and the process started again.

Looks like your number wasn't entered in the availability checker when you signed up online.

Can you drop me a PM with the landline number you'd want to keep?

We'll then cancel the order with our suppliers and replace it to import your number.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
