Retain existing home phone number

I have just signed up but I have been given a new landline number. I need my existing number or I must cancel the order.

Re: Retain existing home phone number

Hi @Speak22 Welcome to the forum.

I suggest you phone Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and speak to them, posts here can take a while to get a reply.

You'll need to be in the 14 day period of setting up the order to be able to cancel so the clock is ticking!

HTH

Dan.

Re: Retain existing home phone number

Hi there,

I'm really sorry to see we've been trying to change your landline number. I can see you've phoned us and we've cancelled the order we'd placed with our suppliers, I've now placed a new order to takeover your line, retaining your existing number.

Once we know when your service will transfer across to us, we'll let you know but feel free to get back to me if there's anything else you'd need help with and I'll be happy to help
