I have been advised that my Plusnet Home Phone & ADSL Broadband service has been activated today (27 June).
Can staff please ensure that our telephone number 023## ####27 is made ex-directory please.

Thanks for getting in touch.
I can confirm that ex-directory is indeed the default setting for new/transferred lines and that we would not amend this without your specific instruction to do so.
