I called the Support Team last Wednesday, and requested that my telephone number be permanently withheld when I make a call. As I understand previous support queries in this forum, I'll be able to over-ride it by dialling 1470 before the number that I call.
It looks to me as if the Plusnet Team Member misunderstod what was needed, and simply cancelled the Caller Display service, which I've now re-activated.
Could a Plusnet team member please raise an order to permanently withhold my number when I make an outbound call?
