Reporting a faulty phone line

I was on the phone to the helpline on Monday. It was diagnosed that there was a faulty connection between copper and fibre optic. You said you would make arrangements for today or Tuesday 7th. I haven't heard anything and don't want to be on the phone for an hour again. Can you confirm an appointment has been made.

we have been without a phone line now for 9 days, plusnet even claimed to clear the fault presumably to improve their stats getting very little response from their service and trying to get hold of them by phone is virtually impossible
