Reporting a fault
Hi - I wasted hours trying to find how to report a fault on my friend's Plusnet line. There's no dial tone, she can't make or receive calls, so I'm trying to report it for her.
I'm 72, and was 71 when I started waiting for PN customer services to answer...:-) Is there another way to report the fault?
