Repeat dialling

Does a facility exist that will allow a number to be continually redialled until a connection is made?  If Plusnet does not offer this service,  is third party software available?  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi - we don't offer this service and (making no accusations) there's the facility for this to be abused which would be against our Ts & Cs.

This is a standard, no charge, feature on the Vonage service. They call it "Ring Back"

Don't you hate dialling an engaged number over and over again? Vonage Ring Back can call back for you when the number you're trying is engaged.
Activating Ring Back is easy and will last for 30 minutes. When you hear a engaged tone:
    1. Hang up
    2. Pick up the phone
    3. Press #5
    4. Hang up when you hear dial tone

BT do provide the ring back service and have done for some time. It's one of their chargeable call features.
