Hi,
I just got a reminder to renew my Rental Saver and noticed that the date expiry date mentioned is one month earlier than it should be.
History of payments:
On 2 January 2012 I paid the last monthly rental: Talk Evenings & Weekends Line Rent charge---From 02/01/2012 ----To 01/02/2012 (as per invoice)
On 6 January 2012: First Line Rental Saver - - £113.88 (this would pick up from the 02/02/2012)
Then 17 November 2012 : Second Line Rental Saver - - £113.88 (as far as I remember, the renewal date was correct here for the 02/02/2013)
And last 3 December 2013: Third Line Rental Saver - - £137.88 (as far as I remember, the renewal date was correct here too for the 02/02/2014)
But the email I just received states "Your Line Rental Saver contract is due to expire on 01/01/2015" instead of 01/02/2015.
So whether I renew LRS or start paying monthly again, I'll lose one month.
I'd appreciate if someone could look into it. Let me know if you need any more details.
Thanks in advance

Hi GR4CE,
Thanks for letting me know about this.
Your reports look about right, I know of a couple of customers who have had a similar issue, and I'm still collecting examples. I can't for the life of me find the old thread for it though.
I'll open up a ticket on your account to discuss the best way to counteract this.
Thanks,
Matty

Thanks Matty.
I found this post last night http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,130163.msg1141873.html#msg1141873 with a similar issue. If you search for "rental saver" you might find more.

Hi Matty, I'm bringing this back from the dead because I still haven't received the refund by DD as you arranged.
It appears in my account as Credit Note, so I'm not sure if it would be discounted of my payment when I renew Line Rental Saver if I pay by credit card (the DD of my broadband has just come out so the credit wasn't applied to it either) .
I was actually waiting for it to credit to renew my LRS, which I'd like to do before Xmas.
Could you please look into it again? The Question number is 94026957 (I can't seem to be able to reopen it)
Thanks!
Grace

Hi Grace,
The refund was made back to the card you made your initial line rental saver payment from, are you able to check your card statements from November as it should have arrived back within 48 hours.
