Removing Free 1571 feature when not even on active call features list.

Hi, does any one know the simple way to remove the free 1571 messaging service from my line? Just switched to Plusnet home phone last week and didn't request this feature but for some reason when people ring they are being forwarded to this service so it must be switched on? I had a look in the call features in the account settings and Free 1571 is not selected so there isnt an option to remove on there either.

Hi - I've placed the order for you, voicemail was on because it was added to your original order which was placed manually. It should be off within 24 hours Smiley

If you log in to your Home Phone Control Panel you should be able to change the voicemail "call feature", it will take some hours for that feature to be deactivated.
