Removing Caller ID - control panel does not appear to be working correctly

Hello,
Well over a week ago (I can't remember when exactly) I used the phone control panel to remove Caller ID.
I've logged in to ensure it's been removed and that I won't be billed for it on the 30th. Unfortunately it's still stuck at "You currently have an order in progress to remove call features". And continues "Your call feature(s) will be removed from your account on the next working day." ... I beg to differ!
Could some kind soul give something a swift kick to jog things into action - many thanks.

PS: Support seems a bit screwy at the mo'. No chat available. When I rang up it said there's a wait of 30 minutes but I can go online to log a support request - how?

Looks like things have got stuck.
